FARM & STORE VISITS
We welcome visitors to explore the farm, shop the store and meet the animals.
Our regular farm hours are April-December Wed-Sat 10-4.
Our winter farm hours are January-March Saturdays Only 10-4.
RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGES:
Almost all orders are filled within 24 hours or next available shipping day. You receive a USPS tracking number once your order is fulfilled. If you are not completely satisfied with your Annadele purchase we will gladly accept the return or exchange for any item that has not been worn, washed or is defective within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
Please send items, pre-paid, to Annadele Alpacas 44790 Smith Eastman Road Spartansburg PA 16434. Annadele is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Please include name of purchaser, order number as well as your preference to return or exchange and any information that may be helpful in the return/exchange.
Should you return an item that was defective or fulfilled incorrectly please include a detailed description of the defect or error and we will reimburse shipping charges. Should you choose to exchange, the new order will receive free shipping.
